Our parish family is about to receive a powerful Lenten mission to deepen our experience of true happiness in and through difficulty and hardship.  A man who has been blind for most of his life will present the mission - Fr. Mike Joly - a parish pastor, director of retreats, and Catholic recording artist - will open up the path that cuts through earthly obstacles to reveal the presence of Christ acting now.

Our Parish Lenten Mission will begin at all Masses on the weekend of Saturday/Sunday, March 20 & 21.  Fr. Mike will invite all the faithful in our parish, from teen-agers up through the most mature in our faith family, to attend a three-night Mission: Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday evenings (March 21, 22, & 23), beginning at 6:30 p.m .  He will draw on Lenten themes, sacred scripture, music, and interactive dynamics to communicate movement forward in the spiritual life.  He will make use of writings and teachings of some great leaders in our Catholic faith.
