FIRST HOLY COMMUNION is the beginning of a lifelong relationship with Jesus. Formal faith formation is a continuous, developmental process that begins with First Communion preparation and continues through Confirmation and beyond.

The FIRST HOLY COMMUNION Preparation Program at St. Lawrence Parish is a two-year process that starts in 1st grade. Children must receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation before they can receive the Sacrament of Holy Communion. Students enrolled in the program celebrate First Holy Communion at the end of their second year.
